Hot Yoga Gold Coast provides you with two state of the art yoga studio’s to practice ‘the original HOT yoga’. These traditional hatha yoga postures were first documented over 5,000 years ago by Patanjali.
With modern technology, including solar heating (for fresh air throughout class), radiant heaters and antibacterial carpet, we provide a clean, healthy and happy environment for you to immerse yourself and enjoy the many benefits of a regular practice.
All of our teachers are handpicked to ensure you receive the highest standard of instruction and care. Hot Yoga is suitable for all walks of life, no experience necessary.
Hot 90 (beginners) – 1.5 hour
The most therapeutic Hatha Yoga class that exists! The ‘Original HOT Yoga’ method of 26 postures & 2 breathing exercises is our fundamental class for therapy and health. This is our first choice for all students, including beginners & those carrying injuries.
Breathe (beginners) – 1 hour
Based on the 26 & 2 this series is dynamic and challenging for experienced students while a great introduction for beginning students. This class will encourage you to focus and give you a greater awareness of breath.
Sun 60 (intermediate) – 1 hour
Based on the Sun Series class, a dynamic flow which begins with salutes to the warm the body followed by a flow of the beginners postures and additional postures from the original 84 asana’s.
Sun Series (intermediate) – 1.5 hour
A dynamic flow with additional postures to take your practise to the next level. This class offers you an extension to our beginners class of 26 & 2. Class includes salutes to the sun, a dynamic flow of the beginners postures and additional postures from the original 84 asana’s. Practised to your ability with opportunity to learn Inversions and much more!
Original 84 (advanced) – 2 hours
A dynamic sequence consisting of the original 84 asana’s first documented 5,000 years ago. Traditionally practised in a heated room (after all yoga is from India!), this class is for all experienced yogi & yogini’s. We encourage practitioners of traditional and modern yoga styles to join us. Challenge yourself in ways you never thought possible!
HIIT Pilates (everyone welcome) – 55 minutes
Practised in a warm room with music we combine traditional pilates exercises with HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) to stabilise & strengthen your core & upper body. Get ready to work hard, sweat, have fun & build even more stamina!
YIN Yoga (everyone welcome) - 1 hour
Practised in a warm room with bolsters, cushions and props to get comfortable. A great way to relax and stretch out tight areas within the body. You will float out of class!
