Hot Yoga is suitable for all walks of life, no experience necessary.
We also offer non-heated Yin Yoga in our yin cave with candles and fairy lights, essential oils and relaxing music to melt the tightest of muscles and minds.
Our class schedule includes hot beginners (Bikram Yoga), as well as HIIT Pilates in a warm room and Yin Yoga (non-heated) which is great compliment to our Yang classes!

HOT 60 (beginners) – 1 hour
Based on the Bikram method of 26 & 2 this series is a great introduction for beginning students while dynamic and challenging for experienced students. This class will encourage you to focus and give you a greater awareness of breath.
Hot 90 (beginners) – 1.5 hour
The most therapeutic Hatha Yoga class that exists! The ‘Original HOT Yoga’ Bikram method of 26 postures & 2 breathing exercises is our fundamental class for therapy and health. This is our first choice for all students, including beginners & those carrying injuries.
HIIT Pilates (beginners) – 1 hour
Practised in a warm room with party music we combine traditional pilates exercises with HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) to stabilise & strengthen your core & upper body. Get ready to work hard, sweat, have fun & build even more stamina!
Yin Yoga (beginners) - 1 hour
Practised in our yin cave with bolsters, cushions and props to get comfortable and fairy lights, essential oils and chill music to set the vibe. A great way to relax and stretch out tight areas within the body. You will float out of class!
Advanced – 2 hours
A dynamic sequence consisting of the original 84 asana’s first documented 5,000 years ago. Traditionally practised in a heated room (after all yoga is from India!), this class is for all experienced yogi & yogini’s. We encourage practitioners of traditional and modern yoga styles to join us. Challenge yourself in ways you never thought possible!
